WHEREAS, Traffic jams and tie ups occurring in the vicinity of the intersection of Reservoir Avenue and Aqueduct Road by the Taco Bell Restaurant's drive through window in the city of Cranston; now, therefore be it

RESOLVED, That this House of Representative of the State of Rhode Island and Providence Plantations hereby requests the director of the Department of Transportation to conduct a traffic survey at the intersection of Reservoir Avenue and Aqueduct Road in the city of Cranston, and make its report to the House of Representatives of the State of Rhode Island and Providence Plantations on or before February 6, 1997; and be it further

RESOLVED, That the Secretary of State be and he hereby is authorized to and directed to transmit a duly certified copy of this resolution to the director of the Department of Transportation.
