RESOLVED, That the special legislative commission created by resolution No. 215 passed by the general assembly at its January session, A.D. 1995, and effective July 5, 1995 entitled "Joint Resolution Creating a Special Legislative Commission to Investigate Utility Rates In Rhode Island: is hereby authorized to continue its study and make a report to the general assembly on or before December 31, 1996, and said commission shall expire on February 28, 1997; and be it further

RESOLVED, That the time for reporting authorized by resolution No. 215 passed by the general assembly at its January session, A.D. 1995, and effective July 5, 1995, be and the same is hereby rescinded.
