JOINT RESOLUTION REINSTATING THE LIFE OF AND EXTENDING THE REPORTING AND EXPIRATION DATES OF THE SPECIAL LEGISLATIVE COMMISSION TO STUDY THE FEASIBILITY OF MODERNIZING PROBATE LAW AND PROCEDURE AND TO MAKE RECOMMENDATIONS THEREFOR

RESOLVED, That the special legislative commission created by resolution No. 213 passed by the general assembly at its January session, A.D. 1995, effective June 27, 1995, entitled "Joint Resolution Creating a Special Legislative Commission to Study the Feasibility of Modernizing Probate Law and Procedure and to Make Recommendation Therefor" is hereby reinstated and the same members are hereby reappointed, and it is authorized to continue its study and make a report to the general assembly on or before February 11, 1997; and said commission shall expire on April 11, 1997; and be it further

RESOLVED, That the time for reporting and date of expiration authorized by resolution No. 213, passed by the general assembly at its January session, A.D. 1995, and effective June 27, 1995, be and the same is hereby rescinded.
