RESOLVED, That the special legislative commission created by resolution No. 178 passed by the general assembly at its January session, A.D. 1995, approved June 8, 1995, entitled "Joint Resolution Creating a Special Legislative Commission on Re-Inventing Government" is hereby reinstated and the same members are hereby reappointed, and it is authorized to continue its study and make a report to the general assembly on or before March 26, 1997; and said commission shall expire on May 26, 1997; and be it further

RESOLVED, That the time for reporting and date of expiration authorized by resolution No. 178, passed by the general assembly at its January session, A.D. 1995, and approved June 8, 1995, be and the same is hereby rescinded.
