RESOLVED, That the special legislative commission created by resolution No. 214 passed by the general assembly at its January session, A.D. 1995, and approved June 27, 1995, entitled "A Joint Resolution Creating A Special Legislative Commission To Study And Review The Effects Of The Rhode Island Guardianship Law" is hereby authorized to continue its study and make a report to the general assembly on or before April 16, 1997, and said commission shall expire on June 16, 1997; and be it further

RESOLVED, That the time for reporting authorized by resolution No. 214 passed by the general assembly at its January session, A.D. 1995, and approved June 27, 1995, passed the general assembly at its January session, effective, be and the same is hereby rescinded.
