RESOLVED, That the special legislative commission created by resolution No. 204 passed by the general assembly at its January session, A.D. 1995, and approved June 30, 1995, entitled "Joint Resolution Creating a Special Legislative Commission to Study the Assessment of Farm, Forest and Open Space Land at Current Use Value" is hereby authorized to continue its study and make a report to the general assembly on or before September 30, 1996, and said commission shall expire on November 30, 1996; and be it further

RESOLVED, That the time for reporting authorized by resolution No. 204 passed by the general assembly at its January session, A.D. 1995, and approved June 30, 1995 be and the same is hereby rescinded.
