RESOLVED, That the special legislative commission created by resolution No. 162 passed by the general assembly at its January session, A.D. 1995 and effective May 31, 1995 entitled "Joint resolution creating a special joint legislative commission to study the taxation of mobile and manufactured homes is hereby authorized to continue its study and make a report to the general assembly on or before February 5, 1997 and said commission shall expire on April 5, 1997; and be it further

RESOLVED, That the time for reporting authorized by resolution No. 162 passed by the general assembly at its January session, A.D. 1995 and effective May 31, 1995 be and the same is hereby rescinded.
