JOINT RESOLUTION EXTENDING THE REPORTING DATE OF THE SPECIAL LEGISLATIVE COMMISSION TO STUDY THE FEASIBILITY OF ESTABLISHING A CENTRAL FACILITY FOR THE DIAGNOSIS AND TREATMENT OF CANCER AND AMENDING THE NAME OF THE COMMISSION TO THE SPECIAL LEGISLATIVE COMMISSION TO STUDY THE FEASIBILITY OF ESTABLISHING A CENTRAL CANCER RESOURCE NETWORK

RESOLVED, That the special legislative commission created by resolution No. 184, passed by the general assembly at its January session A.D. 1995, and effective June 7, 1995, entitled "Joint Resolution Creating a Special Legislative Commission to Study the Feasibility of Establishing a Central Facility for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Cancer" is hereby authorized to continue its study and make a report to the general assembly on or before February 1, 1997, and said commission shall expire on April 1, 1997; and be it further

RESOLVED, That the time for reporting authorized by resolution No. 184 passed by the general assembly at its January session, A.D. 1995, and effective June 7, 1995 is hereby rescinded; and be it further

RESOLVED, That the title of the commission is hereby amended to the "Special Legislative Commission to Study the Feasibility of Establishing a Central Cancer Resource Network."
