EXTENDING THE REPORTING DATE OF THE SPECIAL SENATE COMMISSIONON TO STUDY FOOD ALLERGIES AND MATTERS RELATING THERETO

RESOLVED, That the special senate commission created by resolutionNo. 127 passed by the senate at its January session, A.D. 1997,and effective March 12, 1997 entitled "Senate ResolutionCreating A Special Senate Commission To Study Food Allergies AndMatters Relating thereto" is hereby authorized to continueit's study and make a report to the senate on or before January14, 1999, and said commission shall expire on March 14, 1999;and be it further

RESOLVED, That the time for reporting and date of expiration authorizedby resolution No. 127, passed by the senate at its January session,A.D. 1997, and effective March 12, 1997, be and the same is herebyrescinded.
