It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows:
RESOLVED, That the special senate commission created by resolution No. 412, passed by the senate at its January session, A.D. 1997, and approved June 27, 199, entitled "Senate Resolution Creating A Senate Commission To Study The Clean Water Supply In Rhode Island And Matters Relating Thereto" is hereby authorized to continue its study and make a report to the senate on or before June 16, 1998, and said commission shall expire on August 16, 1998; and be it further
RESOLVED, That the time for reporting authorized by resolution No. 412 passed by the senate at its January session, A.D. 1997, and approved June 27, 1997 be and the same is hereby rescinded.
