H O U S E   R E S O L U T I O N

REINSTATING THE LIFE OF AND EXTENDING THE REPORTING AND EXPIRATION DATES OF THE SPECIAL HOUSE COMMISSION TO DEVELOP A PLAN TO PROMOTE, PROTECT AND STIMULATE AQUACULTURE COMMERCE IN RHODE ISLAND

RESOLVED, That the special legislative commission created by resolution No. 199 passed by the general assembly at its January session, A.D. 1995, approved June 14, 1995 entitled "House Resolution Creating A Special House Commission To Develop a Plan To Promote, Protect And Stimulate Aquaculture Commerce In Rhode Island" and as amended by resolution No. 138 passed by the house of representatives at its January session, A.D. 1996, and approved June 11, 1996, entitled "House Resolution Extending The Reporting Date Of The Special House Commission To Develop A Plan To Promote, Protect And Stimulate Aquaculture Commerce In Rhode Island" is hereby reinstated and the same members are hereby reappointed, and it is authorized to continue it's study and make a report to the house of representatives on or before May 4, 1999; and said commission shall expire on July 4, 1999; and be it further

RESOLVED, That the time for reporting and date of expiration authorized by resolution No. 199, passed by the house of representatives at its January session, A.D. 1995, and approved June 14, 1995 and as amended by resolution No. 138, passed by the general assembly at its January session, A.D. 1996, and approved June 11, 1996, be and the same is hereby rescinded.
