S E N A T E    R E S O L U T I O N

REINSTATING THE LIFE OF AND EXTENDING THE REPORTING AND EXPIRATION DATES OF THE SPECIAL SENATE COMMISSION TO STUDY THE IMPACT OF NURSING STAFFING IN LICENSED HEALTH CARE FACILITIES IN RHODE ISLAND

RESOLVED, That the special senate commission created by resolution No. 357 passed by the senate at its January session, A.D. 1997, approved June 11, 1997, entitled "Senate Resolution Creating A Special Senate Commission To Study the Impact of Nursing Staffing in Licensed Health Care Facilities in Rhode Island" is hereby reinstated and the same members are hereby reappointed, and it is authorized to continue its study and make a report to the senate on or before February 4, 1999; and said commission shall expire on April 4, 1999; and be it further

RESOLVED, That the time for reporting and date of expiration authorized by resolution No. 357, passed by the senate at its January session, A.D. 1997, and approved June 11, 1997, be and the same is hereby rescinded.
