RESOLVED, That the special legislative commission created by resolution No. 184 passed by the general assembly at its January session, A.D. 1995, effective June 7, 1995, entitled "Joint Resolution Creating A Special Legislative Commission To Study The Feasibility Of Establishing A Central Facility For The Diagnosis And Treatment Of Cancer" and as amended by resolution No. 206 passed by the general assembly at its January session, A.D. 1996, and approved July 30, 1996, entitled "Joint Resolution Extending the Reporting Date of the Special Legislative Commission To Study The Feasibility Of Establishing A Central Facility For The Diagnostic And Treatment Of Cancer And Amending The Name Of The Commission To The Special Legislative Commission To Study The Feasibility Of Establishing A Central Cancer Resource Network" is hereby reinstated and the same members are hereby reappointed, and it is authorized to continue its study and make a report to the general assembly on or before March 2, 1999; and said commission shall expire on May 2, 1999; and be it further
RESOLVED, That the time for reporting and date of expiration authorized by resolution No. 184, passed by the general assembly at its January session, A.D. 1995 and effective June 7, 1995, and as amended by resolution No. 206, passed by the general assembly at its January session, A.D. 1996, and approved July 30, 1996, be and the same is hereby rescinded.
