RESOLVED, That the special legislative commission created by resolution No. 418 passed by the general assembly at its January session, A.D. 1997, approved June 27, 1997, entitled "Joint Resolution Creating A Special Legislative Commission To Review Statewide Recycling Efforts And To Make Recommendations Therefor" is hereby reinstated and the same members are hereby reappointed, and it is authorized to continue it's study and make a report to the general assembly on or before June 16, 1998, and said commission shall expire on August 16, 1998; and be it further
RESOLVED, That the time for reporting and date of expiration authorized by resolution No. 418, passed by the general assembly at its January session, A.D. 1997, be and the same is hereby rescinded.
