It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows:
RESOLVED, That the special legislative commission created by resolution No. 427 passed by the general assembly at its January session, A.D. 1997, approved June 20, 1997 entitled "Joint Resolution Creating a Special Legislative Commission To Develop and Coordinate State Policy Concerning Rite Care And To Make Recommendations Concerning All Issues Related to Rite Care" is authorized to continue its study and make a report to the general assembly on or before June 4, 1999; and said commission shall expire on August 4, 1999; and be it further
RESOLVED, That the time for reporting authorized by resolution No. 427, passed by the general assembly at its January session, A.D. 1997, and approved June 20, 1997 be and the same is hereby rescinded; and be it further
RESOLVED, That said commission is hereby amended by adding thereto three (3) additional members, two (2) of whom shall be members of the House of Representatives, to be appointed by the Speaker; and one (1) of whom shall be a member of the Senate, to be appointed by the Senate Majority Leader.
