RESOLVED, That the special legislative commission created by resolution No. 160 passed by the general assembly at its January session, A.D. 1996, approved June 25, 1996 entitled "Joint Resolution Creating a Special Legislative Commission to Review, Revise and Update Laws Relating to the Administration of Retail Liquor Licenses" and as amended by resolution No. 423 passed by the general assembly at its January session, A.D. 1997, and approved June 20, 1997, entitled "Joint Resolution Extending the Reporting Date of the Special Legislative Commission to Review, Revise and Update Laws Relating to the Administration of Retail Liquor Licenses" is hereby reinstated and the same members are hereby reappointed, and it is authorized to continue it's study and make a report to the general assembly on or before May 25, 1999; and said commission shall expire on July 25, 1999; and be it further
RESOLVED, That the time for reporting and date of expiration authorized by resolution No. 160, passed by the general assembly at its January session, A.D. 1996, and approved June 25, 1996 and as amended by resolution No. 423, passed by the general assembly at its January session, A.D. 1997, and approved June 20, 1997 be and the same are hereby rescinded.
