RESOLVED, That the special legislative commission created by resolution No. 411 passed by the general assembly at its January session, A.D. 1997, and approved June 27, 1997, entitled "Joint Resolution Creating a Special Legislative Commission on Mental Illness and Substance Abuse Services" is hereby authorized to continue its study and make a report to the general assembly on or before July 1, 1998; and said commission shall expire on August 1, 1998; and be it further
RESOLVED, That the time for reporting authorized by resolution No. 411, passed by the general assembly at its January session, A.D. 1997, and approved June 27, 1997, be and the same is hereby rescinded.
