RESOLVED, That this House of Representatives hereby respectfully requests the United States Environmental Protection Agency to provide notification to the city or town prior to performing any environmental tests; and be it further
RESOLVED, That the United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) be further requested to provide full disclosure of its findings to the city clerk in a timely manner and by certified mail; and be it further
RESOLVED, That the Secretary of State be and he hereby is authorized and directed to transmit a duly certified copy of this resolution to the Federal Director of the EPA, the Regional Director of the EPA, the Rhode Island Congressional Delegation, the Rhode Island League of Cities and Towns, the Director of D.E.M. and the Director of the Department of Health.
