RESOLVED, That the special legislative commission created by resolution No. 376 passed by the house of representatives at its January session, A.D. 1997, and approved June 18, 1997 entitled "House Resolution Creating A Special House Commission To Study All Aspects Of The Ferry Business In The State Of Rhode Island And All Matters Relating Thereto And To Make Recommendations Therefor" and as amended by resolution No. 349 passed by the house at its January session, A.D. 1998, and approved June 29, 1998 entitled "House Resolution Extending The Reporting Date Of The Special House Commission To Study All Aspects Of The Ferry Business In The State Of Rhode Island And All Matters Relating Thereto And To Make Recommendations Therefor" is hereby authorized to continue its study and make a report to the house of representatives on or before December 31, 1999, and said commission shall expire on February 28, 2000; and be it further
RESOLVED, That the time for reporting authorized by resolution No. 376 passed by the general assembly at its January session, A.D. 1997, and approved June 18, 1997 and as amended by resolution No. 349 passed the general assembly at its January session, A.D. 1998 and approved June 29, 1998, be and the same are hereby rescinded.
