S E N A T E    R E S O L U T I O N

EXTENDING THE REPORTING DATE OF THE SPECIAL SENATE COMMISSION TO PREPARE A COMPREHENSIVE PLAN TO REOPEN VACANT MILLS THROUGHOUT RHODE ISLAND

RESOLVED, That the special Senate commission created by resolution No. 92 passed by the Senate at its January session, A.D. 1998, and approved March 3, 1998, entitled "Senate Resolution Creating a Special Senate Commission To Prepare A Comprehensive Plan To Reopen Vacant Mills Throughout Rhode Island" is hereby authorized to continue its study and make a report to the Senate on or before January 29, 2000; and said commission shall expire on March 29, 2000; and be it further

RESOLVED, That the time for reporting authorized by resolution No. 92, passed by the Senate at its January session, A.D. 1998, and approved March 3, 1998, be and the same is hereby rescinded.
