RESOLVED, That a special Senate commission created by resolution No. 127 passed by the Senate at its January session, A.D. 1997, and approved March 12, 1997, entitled "Senate Resolution Creating A Special Senate Commission To Study Food Allergies and Matters Relating thereto" and as amended by resolution No. 83 passed by the Senate at its January session, A.D. 1998, and (approved February 25, 1998, entitled "Senate Resolution Extending The Reporting Date of the Special Senate Commission To Study Food Allergies And Matters Relating Thereto" is hereby authorized to continue its study and make a report to the Senate on or before January 13, 2000 and said commission shall expire on March 13, 2000; and be it further
RESOLVED, That the time for reporting authorized by resolution No. 127 passed by the Senate at its January session, A.D. 1997, and approved March 12, 1997 (and as amended by resolution No. 83, passes the Senate at its January session, A.D. 1998, and approved February 25, 1998, be and the dame are hereby rescinded.
