RESOLVED, That the special senate commission created by resolution No. 412 passed by the senate at its January session, A.D. 1997, and approved June 27, 1997, entitled "Senate Resolution Creating a Senate Commission to Study Clean Water Supply In Rhode Island and Matters Related Thereto" and as amended by resolution No. 91 passed by the senate at its January session, A.D. 1998, and approved March 3, 1998, entitled "Senate Resolution Extending the Reporting Date of the Special Senate Commission to Study Clean Water Supply In Rhode Island and Matters Related Thereto" is hereby authorized to continue its study and make a report to the senate on or before January 14, 2000; and said commission shall expire on March 14, 2000; and be it further
RESOLVED, That the time for reporting authorized by resolution No. 412, passed by the senate at its January session, A.D. 1997, and approved June 27, 1997 and as amended by resolution No. 91, passed by the senate at its January session, A.D. 1998, and approved March 3, 1998, be and the same are hereby rescinded.
