H O U S E     R E S O L U T I O N

REINSTATING THE LIFE OF AND EXTENDING THE REPORTING AND EXPIRATION DATES OF THE SPECIAL LEGISLATIVE COMMISSION TO STUDY THE BUDGETARY IMPACT OF A REORGANIZATION OF THE SHERIFFS, MARSHALS AND CAPITOL POLICE

RESOLVED, That a special House commission created by resolution No. 152 passed by the House of Representatives at its January session, A.D. 1995, and approved May 25, 1995 entitled "House Resolution Creating a Special House Commission To Study The Budgetary Impact Of A Reorganization Of The Sheriffs, Marshals And Capitol Police" and as amended by resolution No. 68 passed by the House of Representatives at its January session, A.D. 1997, and approved February 4, 1997, entitled "House Resolution Extending The Reporting Date Of The Special House Commission To Study The Budgetary Impact Of A Reorganization Of The Sheriffs, Marshals And Capitol Police is hereby reinstated and the same members are hereby reappointed, and it is authorized to continue it's study and make a report to the House of Representatives on or before January 13, 2000; and said commission shall expire on March 13, 2000; and be it further

RESOLVED, That the time for reporting authorized by resolution No. 152 passed by the House of Representatives at its January session, A.D. 1995, and approved May 25, 1995 and as amended by resolution No. 68, passed the House of Representatives at its January session, A.D. 1997, and approved February 4, 1997, be and the same hereby rescinded.
