RESOLVED, That the special senate commission created by resolution No. 314 passed by the senate at its January session, A.D. 1998, and effective June 23, 1998 entitled "Senate Resolution Creating a Special Senate Commission To Study The Consolidation Of Retail Business Permits and Fee Collection Forms" is hereby authorized to continue its study and make a report to the senate on or before June 9, 2000, and said commission shall expire on August 9, 2000; and be it further
RESOLVED, That the time for reporting authorized by resolution No. 315 passed by the senate at its January session, A.D. 1998, and effective June 23, 1998, be and the same is hereby rescinded.
