It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows:
RESOLVED, The director of the department of administration shall determine and assess the financial cost to demolish and/or remove the building known as the "Masonic Temple Building" located adjacent to the State House in Providence, Rhode Island, and shall make a report of his findings to the General Assembly on or before January 1, 2000.
