RESOLVED, That this House of Representatives of the State of Rhode Island and Providence Plantations hereby proclaims June 30, 1999 to be Rhode Island Constable Day in the State of Rhode Island and urges all Rhode Islanders to celebrate this day with appropriate exercises; and be it further
RESOLVED, That the Secretary of State be and he is hereby authorized and directed to transmit a duly certified copy of this resolution to Richard Kearns, Legal Counsel to the Speaker of the House.
