S E N A T E    R E S O L U T I O N

RESPECTFULLY REQUESTING THE ATTORNEY GENERAL TO PROMULGATE RULES AND REGULATIONS REGARDING THE PERMITTING OF FIREARMS

RESOLVED, That the senate respectfully requests the attorney general adopt and maintain rules and regulations pursuant to provision of chapter 35 of title 42 establishing the procedures and reasonable criteria for the determination of need as set forth in section 11-47-18(a).

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Secretary of State send a certified copy of this resolution to the Attorney General.
