RESOLVED, That the special house commission created by resolution No. 191 passed by the house of representatives at its January session A.D. 1999 and approved May 6, 1999, entitled "Special House Commission to Study the Proposed Merger of Life Span and Care New England" is hereby amended by deleting the director of the department of health, or her designee and by adding one (1) member of the general public, to be appointed by the speaker.
