Hawthorne of 15 Vaughn Avenue, Warwick, Rhode Island 02886 for damages to their said insureds vehicle when it struck a highway defect at or near 300 Greenwich Avenue northbound in the city of Warwick on or about November 3, 1997;

the sum of $520.12 to pay the claim of Paula L. Berard of 209 Avenue C, Woonsocket, Rhode Island 02895 for damages to her vehicle when it struck a highway defect at or near Route 146 southbound and Sayles Road in the town of North Smithfield on or about September 7, 1997;

the sum of $429.27 to pay the claim of Rose M. Christy of 5 Woodford Street, Worcester, MA 01604 for damages to her vehicle when it collided with an alleged faulty lane restrictor at or near the exit facility of Scarborough State Beach, in the town of Narragansett, on or about July 24, 1998;

York of 14 Mayflower Drive, Middletown, Rhode Island 02842 for damages to his vehicle when it struck a highway defect at or near West Main Road and Coddington Highway, in the town of Middletown on or about January 14, 1999; and the state controller is hereby authorized and directed to draw his orders upon the general treasurer for the payment of said sums.
