A N   A C T

EXEMPTING FROM TAXATION THE REAL, MIXED AND PERSONAL PROPERTY OF STOPOVER SERVICES OF NEWPORT COUNTY, INC.

It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows

SECTION 1. So much of the real, mixed, and personal property of Stopover Services of Newport County, Inc., a Rhode Island nonbusiness corporation located in the town of Middletown, as may be determined from time to time by the town council of Middletown shall be exempt from local taxation so long as said property shall be used for the purposes for which said corporation was incorporated.

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage.
