A N   A C T

EXEMPTING FROM TAXATION THE REAL, MIXED AND PERSONAL PROPERTYOF NEW VISIONS FOR NEWPORT COUNTY, INC.

It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows:

SECTION 1. All the real, mixed, and personal property of NEW VISIONSFOR NEWPORT COUNTY, INC., incorporated on April 12, 1965 as anonbusiness corporation, shall be exempt from localtaxation in the city of Newport so long as said property shall be used for the purposesfor which said corporation was incorporated.

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage.
