A N   A C T

EXEMPTING FROM TAXATION CERTAIN PROPERTY OF THE NON-PROFIT CORPORATION -- VISITING NURSE HEALTH SERVICES ON NEWPORT, INC.

It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows

SECTION 1. The Town of Portsmouth may, by ordinance, exempt all real and personal property, or any portion thereof, of the Visiting Nurse Health Services of Newport, Inc., a non-profit corporation, from local taxes so long as said property shall be used for the purposes for which said corporation was incorporated.

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage.
