A N   A C T

EXEMPTING FROM TAXATION THE REAL, MIXED AND PERSONAL PROPERTYOF SOUTH COUNTY EMERGENCY SHELTER, INC.

It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows:

SECTION 1. All the real, mixed, and personal property of SOUTHCOUNTY EMERGENCY SHELTER, INC. incorporated on May 15, 1987 asa nonbusiness corporation, shall be exempt from local taxationso long as said property shall be used for the purposes for whichsaid corporation was incorporated.

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage.
