A N  A C T

EXEMPTING FROM TAXATION THE REAL, MIXED AND PERSONALPROPERTY OF FRIENDS OF LITTLE COMPTON NURSING ASSOCIATION, INC.

It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows:

SECTION 1. All the real, mixed, and personal property of Friendsof Little Compton Nursing Association, Inc., incorporated on June6, 1996, as a nonbusiness corporation, to an amount not exceeding$300,000 and shall be exempt from local taxation solong as said property shall be used for the purposes for whichsaid corporation was incorporated.

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage.
