A N   A C T

EXEMPTING FROM TAXATION THE REAL, MIXED AND PERSONAL PROPERTYOF SOUTH COUNTY EMERGENCY SHELTER, INC.

It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows:

SECTION 1. All the real, mixed, and personal property of SOUTHCOUNTY EMERGENCY SHELTER, INC. incorporated on May 15, 1987 asa nonbusiness corporation, shall be exempt from localtaxation so long as said property shall be used for the purposesfor which said corporation was incorporated.

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage.
