A N    A C T

EXEMPTING FROM TAXATION THE REAL, MIXED AND PERSONAL PROPERTYOF THE JONNYCAKE CENTER

It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows:

SECTION 1. All the real, mixed, and personal property of The JonnycakeCenter, incorporated on January 7, 1975 as a nonbusiness corporation,shall be exempt from local taxation so long as saidproperty shall be used for the purposes for which said corporationwas incorporated.

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage.
