A N   A C T

EXEMPTING FROM TAXATION THE REAL, MIXED AND PERSONALPROPERTY OF HEALTH CENTER OF SOUTH COUNTY, INC.

It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows:

SECTION 1. All the real, mixed, and personal property of HEALTHCENTER OF SOUTH COUNTY, INC. incorporated on May 19, 1972 as anonbusiness corporation, shall be exempt from localtaxation so long as said property shall be used for the purposesfor which said corporation was incorporated.

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage.
