A N   A C T

EXEMPTING FROM TAXATION THE REAL, MIXED AND PERSONAL PROPERTYOF SCITUATE PRESERVATION SOCIETY, INC.

It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows:

SECTION 1. All the real, mixed, and personal property of ScituatePreservation Society, Inc., incorporated on January 22, 1976 asa nonbusiness corporation, shall be exempt from local taxationso long as said property shall be used for the purposes for whichsaid corporation was incorporated.

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage.
