§ 11-9-12 Penalty for loitering on curfew
street. –
Any minor under sixteen (16) years of age, not accompanied by an adult person,
who shall loiter on any curfew street after being directed by any police
constable to cease loitering, shall be fined not exceeding five dollars ($5.00).
