§ 11-9-6 Proceedings against parents of
delinquent children unaffected. –
No proceedings instituted under any of the provisions of §§ 11-9-1
– 11-9-8 shall in any manner affect or be affected by any proceedings
which may be instituted under any of the provisions of chapter 9 of title 15.
