§ 2-13-10 Audit of commission's books.
The controller of the state of Rhode Island is authorized and empowered from
time to time to examine the accounts and books of the commission, including its
receipts, disbursements and any other items referring to its financial standing
that the controller deems proper and to report the results of that examination
to the director of administration.
