§ 2-13-7 Forest fire plan. –
The commission shall formulate and put into effect a forest fire plan and
integrate the forest fire plan with the regional plan recommended by the
compact commission. The plan shall include a reasonable effort to establish and
maintain any adequate forest fire fighting services that are consistent with
the requirements of the state and to make available those services to other
signatory states consonant with maintaining reasonably safe protection to this
state at all times.
