§ 20-2-42. Trout conservation stamp fee.
Stamps shall be sold at the direction of the director for a fee of five dollars and fifty cents ($5.50). The issuing agent may retain a fee of fifty cents ($.50) for each stamp sold and shall remit five dollars ($5.00) of each fee to the department. The director shall establish uniform sale prices for all categories of by-products.
