§ 21-28-4.19. Reduction of sentence.
(a) Any sentence of a person convicted for any violation of this chapter may, at any time subsequent to the imposition of the sentence, be reduced by the court upon receipt of a motion for reduction of sentence submitted by the attorney general based upon the person's demonstrated cooperation with law enforcement authorities in the investigation and prosecution of violations of this chapter.
(b) Nothing contained in this section shall in any way limit the court's authority pursuant to Rule 35 of the Superior Court Rules of Criminal Procedure.
