§ 22-10-4 Lobbyists Limited activity. [Repealed.ffective January 1, 2017.].
(a) A person whose sole lobbying activity is testifying at a public hearing of a legislative committee or commission no more than twice during the legislative session, either on behalf of a for profit organization or entity or who receives compensation for the appearance, shall enter or cause to be entered his or her name in a separate register to be maintained in the office of the secretary of state, and shall be required to disclose:
(1) The legislation by bill number and subject matter on which testimony will be given;
(2) The name of the person, corporation, or association that engaged the person's services; and
(3) The compensation, if any, that the person is to receive.
(b) The person shall be exempt from all other reporting requirements of this chapter.
