§ 22-7.4-96. The Joseph ‘Jay’ P. Kirwin Rugby Pitch.

The North Athletic Field Rugby Pitch located in Fort Adams State Park shall be named and known as “The Joseph ‘Jay’ P. Kirwin Rugby Pitch.”
