R.I. Gen. Laws § 23-12.5-2

§ 23-12.5-2. Radiation incident plan.

The director of health shall formulate and keep current a radiation incident plan for this state, in accordance with the duty assumed pursuant to article III (a) of the compact contained in § 23-12.5-1.
