§ 23-17.12-14. Penalties. [Repealed effective January 1, 2018.].
A person who substantially violates any provision of this chapter or any regulation adopted under this chapter or who submits any false information in an application required by this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor and on conviction is subject to a penalty not exceeding five thousand dollars ($5,000).
