§ 23-19.12-7 Inspections. –
In order to carry out the purposes of this chapter the director is authorized
to conduct any inspections of facilities that he or she deems necessary or
desirable, where regulated medical waste is generated, stored, treated,
destroyed, transferred, or otherwise managed. The director is also authorized
to conduct inspections of any vehicles used to transport regulated medical
waste and any records required pursuant to the authority granted through this
chapter.
