§ 23-5.1-3 Penalty for misrepresentation.
Any person who willfully and knowingly falsifies an identification or
deliberately misrepresents an illness that causes blackouts, unconsciousness,
or semi-conscious periods as described in § 23-5.1-1 shall be guilty of a
misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be sentenced to pay a fine of not more
than five hundred dollars ($500) or be imprisoned for not more than one year,
or both.
